It is with a heavy heart the Hawkinsville Pulaski County Arts Council (HPCAC) announces the passing of Mr. Hal Oberg a member of our Board of Directors on Monday, February 8, 2021. He was a dedicated member and a great supporter of the HPCAC. He will be missed. We offer the following heartfelt prayer to his wife Millie, his family, and his friends.
“Most Holy God, please throw your loving arms around Hal’s family and those who loved him. Strengthen them where they are weak and build them up where they are torn down in sorrow. For doing so we say, Thank you! In Jesus’ precious name, Amen.”
