OPERA HOUSE THEATRE RENTAL FEES
Seating Capacity – 370 permanent. Up to 420.
Stage – 20 x 40 (usable area – 15 x 30)
Theatre Rental – $1000.00 – Maximum 8 hours
Includes open/close theatre, sound and lighting.
Two day rental – $1400.
Discount for repeat rental events!
(Includes open/close theatre, Sound and Lighting Technicians) per day/night
Deposit for all theatre rentals @ $250.00 – (due when contract signed, refundable two business days after event damage/cleaning)
Theatre Rental – fee due 14 days before rental date
OPERA HOSUE KIMBERLY ROOM RENTAL
Private events, Socials, and After-Hour events can rent the Kimberly Room
(includes open/close, tables & chairs. Kitchen facilities can be added.)
Local organizations, Nonprofits, and City or County related events can also inquire about the Kimberly Room.
